Ticket Assistance Program (TAP)

The Ticket Assistance Program is open to eligible Door to Door and Fixed Route customers. Cary residents who receive Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or SNAP benefits are eligible to apply. Please refer to the link below to download the application and review TAP policies.

Completed applications, including verification of residency and Medicaid, SSI, or SNAP benefits, must be submitted no later than May 31st to be eligible for assistance beginning July 1st.  Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed for eligibility and available budget.  Annual disbursements may be prorated based on the approval date.
