Ticket Assistance Program (TAP)

The Ticket Assistance Program was originally established to provide financial assistance to our Door to Door customers with limited income. Beginning in FY19, we are extending the program to our Fixed Route customers as well. Cary residents who receive Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or SNAP benefits are eligible to apply. Please refer to the link below to download the application and review TAP policies.
