Staff recently had the pleasure of presenting an overview of GoCary services to participants in the transit class at the Cary Senior Center. This session brought together many engaged patrons and senior community members who were eager to learn more about the benefits of using public transportation in our town.
With fare-free service, convenient schedules, and a GoCary bus stop located directly in front of the Cary Senior Center, accessing transit has never been easier for our residents. The group asked thoughtful, well-considered questions, demonstrating not only their interest in local mobility options but also their commitment to staying active, independent, and connected.
It was especially rewarding to see how many participants are already using GoCary and how many are expanding their travel throughout the region by connecting with other transit agencies. Their enthusiasm reflects the growing value of public transportation in enhancing community engagement, accessibility, and quality of life.
