You are invited to participate in an important survey about expanding transit services in Cary, available until May 18, 2024.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance transportation accessibility and connectivity within our community, Cary is undertaking a comprehensive study to identify ways to improve transit service coverage and address existing gaps in service.
The primary focus of this study is to explore the potential for microtransit service in areas where traditional bus routes may not be feasible. Microtransit offers a flexible, on-demand solution that allows passengers to request rides within specific areas using a user-friendly app, but an option to schedule using a call center is also available. This innovative approach aims to provide convenient access to transit services while facilitating seamless connections to existing bus routes.
The survey is designed to be quick and easy to complete, and your responses will remain anonymous and confidential. Your participation in the survey will greatly assist us in better understanding the transportation needs and preferences of our community members.
